CANCELLATION POLICY

When it comes to project cancellation, then we strive hard to eliminate the possibility of cancellation. In case of dissatisfaction from the services, the client holds the right to terminate the project by submitting a cancellation request to the management in advance. We believe in building relationships & therefore we have a streamlined cancellation procedure. • The moment you want to terminate the project, you will have to submit a cancellation request via email with an authorised signature. • The process of cancellation takes minimum 2 weeks. • The cancellation is subject to the service level agreement as decided initially. • Cancellation request will not be considered, if made during the Beta phase. • Mutual project cancellation will lead to the payment from the client side for the efforts & resources invested by us. • The final delivery of the project will be made only after a successful payment.

REFUND POLICY

We leave no stone unturned in providing high-quality app & game development services to the clients globally. We carry out our services after extensive analysis to avoid project cancellation & payment disputes. All payments are refundable except: • A certain set of resources like Time, Material & Efforts involved in achieving the milestone. Therefore, no payment will be refunded for the projects that are already completed. • Taxes paid on the services will not be included in a refund. • We are not liable to refund in the event such as disruption due to third party involvement. • The payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the services on special occasions. • We will not entertain the project cancellation & refund requests made after the 48 hours of project initiation.
